Lacom regroups its car body shop acitivities into a 2830 m² Haasrode warehouse

The well-known Volvo retailer LACOM has rented through the intermediation of AXIMAS Real Estate Agents a building on Ambachtenlaan 34 in the Haasrode SMSE business park for its car body shop activities. Lacom has rented 2229 m² wareh + 602 m² offices with option to buy. They will vacate their current car body shop in number 21 later this year. Aximas was also exclusive agent in the sale of a 3470 m² warehouse in Tienen for the Lacom related company Katvin, bought a few years ago also through the intermediation of Aximas.
