Brouwerijplein welcomes Securex as first new tenant

Securex has rented 761 m² spectacular offices with view over the Leuven marina in Brouwerijplein. After the transfer of certain divisions of the principal tenant to New York, two floors became vacant in this prestigious HQ building. Approximately 2000 m² fully-fitted office space remains vacant.
